As Garuda's flights to the Jakarta-Nagoya route (Vv) reopen on March 23rd, 2019, Garuda Indonesia Cargo won the trust of service users to distribute packages of goods weighing 8.34 tons from Jakarta to Nagoya, in the form of general consoles and 416 pieces of fresh tuna. As for the return-flight, on March 24th, 2019, Garuda Indonesia Cargo carried cargo packages in the form of general consoles from consumers, consisting of 119 pieces and weighing 11.12 tons.

"This flight service is also a positive step for the Company in maintaining the growing market share of the Japan-Indonesia aviation sector which is growing and also promising," Ari Askhara (DZ) explained.

DZ added that Nagoya in Aichi Prefecture is known as the fourth largest city in Japan and is one of the busiest industrial and manufacturing cities in Japan. These advantages make Nagoya a potential market share for Garuda.
