According to the announcement of Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD), from 1st January 2025, airlines may set their own Cargo Fuel Surcharge level or not to levy such surcharge.
Based on updated Garuda Indonesia Fuel Price List announcement, with effect from 1 February 2025, Garuda Indonesia Cargo Fuel Surcharge will be:

Long haul:
- To North and South America

- To Middle East and Africa
- To Indian Subcontinent (including India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives)
Short haul:
- To other ports in Asia (ASA, JKC)
