Garuda Indonesia In Partnership With Perigi Launched The Integrated Warehouse Facility

The national airline Garuda Indonesia is in partnership with PT Perigi Raja Terpadu (Perigi Logistics) on Thursday (12/8), was inaugurated a new warehouse facility with an integrated system for import logistics market services and e-commerce. Through this service, the delivery of imported logistics and e-commerce goods is supported by the latest systems and equipment integrated with smart conveyer belts and customs systems, so that the import service process will be faster than before.

CEO of Garuda Indonesia, Irfan Setiaputra, said that the development of this service is one of Garuda Indonesia's efforts as a national flag carrier to continuously innovating to maximize its reliable and safe logistics delivery services, aiming to provide seamless cargo accessibility aligns with the development of the e-commerce sector in Indonesia.

Meanwhile, Indra Buana, CEO of PT Perigi Raja Terpadu, stated, "Coming from the same vision, we hope this new system development could greatly facilitate the handling process of shipping goods in the Custodian Service Company warehouse, where it will be faster and more scalable so that the data system is monitored and accessed by the public."

Furthermore, through this partnership, it is expected to bring a positive impact on other supporting industries as well as put an effort to secure the state revenues in the form of PDRI (Tax in the Context of Imports).
